From installation, to calibration and updates – our qualified technicians are also nearby and are at your side for all concerns, arriving quickly and acting in a simple way. You therefore have the certainty of having a high precision measurement system with consistent quality and reliability available at all times. This prevents sources of defects in advance and expensive periods of downtime do not occur in the first place.

Installation

So that you can use your new ACCRETECH measurement system right away and find the optimum site for it, we offer installation by our qualified service technicians. Installation of the appropriate software and specialist briefing of your employees are naturally also part of the installation service.

Calibration

We provide calibration services in accordance with the national and international standards, to ensure the prescribed specifications of our precision instruments at all times, as part of quality assurance.

Maintenance

Even the best measuring instruments should be maintained regularly. In this way, it is ensured that your ACCRETECH measuring instrument always takes reliable measurements, and that mistakes are prevented before they occur. We recommended yearly maintenance for measurement systems for quality control in manufacturing lines with demanding operating conditions and thousands of measurements per day.

Repairs

Measurement systems from ACCRETECH are very robust, thanks to innovative technologies. If however a repair is required, then you can count on our quick support thanks to our decentralised service network. Our on-site technicians are specialised in ACCRETECH systems, have original replacement parts in stock, and can bring your device back into its usual tiptop condition without long waiting times.

Additions & Updates

Many ACCRETECH measuring instruments are built in a modular way and so new components and functions can be added without a lot of effort. This means that you have full planning security and maximum flexibility. We are also happy to help you with an update or upgrade of the available software, or the creation of CNC measurement programs.

Specialised Contract Measurements

Do you have a very special measurement task for which it is not currently worth directly investing in an instrument? Do you have too little spacial or employee capacity, for too many measurement tasks? Or is the required measurement so urgent that there is not enough time for a well considered new purchase? No problem. In all of these cases we are happy to provide you with contract measurements. This can be done in our measuring rooms or at your site.

Training

There are regular product training sessions on all of the current ACCRETECH measuring instruments at our ACCRETECH Academy in Munich. The special focus of this is practical relevance. Using workpieces which are brought along, we teach participants from manufacturing, construction and material inspection sectors everything they need to know. The operator training sessions can also be led as in-house training sessions at your site, if desired.
