ACCRETECH donates Laptops to the Meaalofa Foundation for a good cause

ACCRETECH contributes to a more socially and ecologically sustainable world. 7 laptops were donated to the charitable organization, the Meaalofa Foundation. The devices are recycled, and made available to refugees and people in need for free.

The Meaalofa Foundation was founded in 2021, and the aim of their projects is to stand up for education, migration and environment protection worldwide. The organization, for example, assists asylum seekers and refugees in Greece. In addition, the recycling process of devices such as laptops and PCs enables people in need to get access to a necessary technical infrastructure. Education has the highest priority in this case. One donated laptop gives one person the opportunity to participate in various classes and learning programs.

There will be more donations in the future

These reasons motivated ACCRETECH to contribute a small part to this amazing project. The first donation includes 7 laptops which would have been disposed otherwise. The handover was made by COO, Marcus Czabon, and Sheena M. Toennies, representative of the Meaalofa Foundation. ACCRETECH is planning on donating further devices in the future to give even more people access to a good and solid education.

What is Meaalofa doing besides that?

Meaalofa is cooperating with several other organizations, while also involved in some of its own additional projects. These include the provision of accommodation, and mentoring during the asylum process in Greece. Including donations in kind, the organization is also delighted to receive any financial support.
