Form tester with variety of evaluation functions
The CNC roundness measuring instrument RONDCOM Nex 100 offers the highest precision of its class. It satisfies even requirements for high-precision workpiece measurements. With its easy and software-supported workpiece alignment, the RONDCOM Nex 100 is ideal for high precision individual measurements and a wide spectrum of parts in the measuring room.
While its structural “twins,” the RONDCOM Nex 200 and the RONDCOM Nex 300, have automatic and fully automatic component alignment, the RONDCOM Nex 100 uses manual workpiece alignment. Due to the modular design, however, the RONDCOM NEX 100 can also be converted to a fully automatic, CNC-capable profile measuring station later on. This does not alter its original amount of floor space, leaving the work area unimpacted.
The compact form tester RONDCOM 41, with high-precision measuring Z-axis, is designed for fast, easy, semi-automated and precise profile measuring tasks, such as measuring polar and linear parameters, for example cylindrical profile, straightness or concentricity. It is ideal for measuring the profiles of high-precision components up to 25 kg. The measuring range of the Z-axis is 300 mm. If needed, a Z-column for large workpieces up to 500 mm can also be included in the delivery.
The solid roundness measuring instrument, like all devices in the RONDCOM series, has been equipped by ACCRETECH with an air-cushioned rotary table. This means that it offers first-class evaluation functions, such as Fourier analysis for assessing the measured form profile of a multi-wave standard.
Like all devices from the RONDCOM series, it is equipped with high-quality axes with an air-cushioned rotary table. The measuring range and probing force are variably adjustable.
Semi-automatic processes make it easier to operate. CNC analysis with printout is possible. The ACCTee measuring software has assistant functions that support manual alignments such as centring and levelling.
The RONDCOM 31 is suitable for all rotationally symmetrical measuring tasks such as roundness, flatness, coaxiality, concentricity and radial runout. Unlike the RONDCOM 41, the RONDCOM 31 does not have a measuring Z-column, which means it is not suitable for measuring straightness or cylindrical profiles.
Like all devices from the RONDCOM series, the form testers are equipped with high-quality axes with an air-cushioned rotary table. The measuring range and probing force are variably adjustable depending on the measuring task.
Semi-automatic procedures make operation easier. CNC analysis with printout is possible. The assistant functions in the ACCTee measuring software guide you through centring and levelling.
